CompTIA A+ Certification

The purpose of this certification is to set a standard for those working in the personal computer industry as technicians, help desk, and support staff. The applicants need to have the knowledge of personal computers, DOS and Windows. We offer DOS & Windows to prepare you for this certification. Many computer resellers and service companies today are required by hardware vendors to have A+ Certified personnel on staff. This ensures that these businesses are capable of providing high top quality, authorized service for their clients. Because of this requirement and because of the high standard set for attaining A+ Certification, employers often require that their personnel become A+ Certified. A+ Certification has become one of the most sought-to-after certifications in the computer industry. A candidate must pass a minimum of 2 tests. The first test (required test) is the Core Exam which covers basic microcomputer hardware, configuration, installing, upgrading, diagnostics and repair. The second test (specialty exam) will cover the DOS/Windows and Networking. You can take your tests at Computer Institute.
